- Ice Age (2002; animated) [Dab]: Providing the voice of a Dodo bird, he falls inside a smouldering pit in front of four other Dodo birds. (Played for comic effect.)
- Serenity (2005) [Hoban 'Wash' Washburne]: Impaled by a Reavers' harpoon. (Note: Alan's character was originally going to survive if there were sequels.)
- 3:10 to Yuma (2007) [Doc Potter]: Shot in the back as he's riding away from the posse; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to Christian Bale.
- Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012) [Stephen Douglas]: Dies off-screen in between the main story and the modern day epilogue.
- Wreck-It Ralph (2012; animated) [King Candy/Turbo]: Providing the voice of a video game character, he is burned when he uncontrollably flies into the bright light of a molten lava beacon set off by John C. Reilly, having partially mutated into a bug.
- Tell (2014) [Morton]: Shot in the head by Milo Ventimiglia.
- Rogue One (2016) [K-2SO]: Providing the motion capture and voice for K-2SO, a former Imperial enforcer droid, he is destroyed when he is shot repeatedly by Stormtroopers as he tries to hold them off. He dies after talking to Felicity Jones and Diego Luna in the speaker.
- Frozen 2 (2019; animated) [Northuldra Leader/Guard/Duke of Weselton/Arendellian Soldier]: "Northuldra" Leader is killed offscreen by King Runeard (Jeremy Sisto). His Death only appears as a vision to Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell, and Olaf (Josh Gad). Guard and Arendellian Soldier lived!
- Strange World (2022; animated) [Duffle/Radio Host #1/Narrator]: "Duffle" is eaten alive by one of the creatures. (Radio Host #1 lives0
Television Deaths[]
- Justified: Shot All to Hell (2014) [Elias Marcos]: Shot to death by Timothy Olyphant.
- Doom Patrol: Penultimate Patrol (2019) [Mr. Nobody]: Disintegrated by Joivan Wade with his arm cannon; this is later revealed to be an illusion created by Alan to trick Timothy Dalton and his team and he survives the episode in reality.
- Harley Quinn: The Runaway Bachelor (2020) [Condiment King/Clayface]: Eaten alive by Frank the Plant (J.B. Smoove). "Clayface" survives the episode.
- Resident Alien: Pilot (2021) [Harry Vanderspeigle/Human Harry, Harry Vanderspeigle/Alien Harry]: The human Harry was killed when he was thrown from his cabin window into the icy lake by the alien, which then assumes his identity. The alien Harry survives.
Video Game Deaths[]
- Injustice: Gods Among Us (2013) [Green Arrow]: "Injustice Green Arrow" is killed by Superman (George Newbern) sometime before the events of the game, as mention briefly by Batman (Kevin Conroy). "Prime Green Arrow" survives the game.
