- The Edgar Wallace Mystery Theatre: The Clue Of The Silver Key (1961) [Mike Hennessey]: Shot offscreen in his office by Patrick Cargill. (Thanks to Brian)
- Invasion (1966) [Blackburn]: An undetermined cause of death. He is killed in his garage when he goes in to investigate a noise. He looks up and his cat jumps down at him from the rafters and he starts to fall. We next see him lying on the floor with Yoko Tani and Cali Raia standing over him. Yoko later tells Edward Judd that they never touched him. So either he died from the impact as his head hit the concrete floor or she lied. (Thanks to Brian)
