AVPR: Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007) [Darcy Benson]: Killed in an explosion,along with everybody else left in the town, when the military drops a nuclear bomb on the city to contain and cover up the alien invasion. (Thanks to Liz)

• The Cabin in the Woods (2012) [Demo Girl]: Either killed by the monsters as they run amok in the facility, or killed along with everybody else on Earth when the Ancient Ones rise and destroy the world. (I'm not entirely certain where Chelah was in all the chaos; I think she might be the woman who shoots herself in the head when trapped by the monsters, but I'm not sure.)

TV Deaths

The Evidence: Five Little Indians (2006) [Ivy Beckman]: Shot in the chest and head by Zak Santiago while she's jogging on the beach; the scene cuts away after the first shot, but the murder is later shown in flashback.
