The Addams Family (1991) [Wednesday Addams]: Stabbed in the throat with a sword by Jimmy Workman in a play-within-the-film sequence with a comically exaggerated amount of stage blood. Survives the actual movie.
Small Soldiers (1998) [Gwendy Dolls]: Providing the voices of several dolls brought to life by the Commando Elite, most of them are smashed into pieces with a golf club by Kirsten Dunst or they're deactivated by an EMP blast.
Bless The Child (2000) [Cheri Post]: Beaten and decapitated (off-screen) by members of Rufus Sewell's cult in a subway station; her body is shown sitting at a shoeshine stand afterwards, just before her head falls off when Kim Basinger touches her.
The Gathering (2002) [Cassie Grant]: Shot to death while protecting Harry Forrester; she returns as a spirit afterwards.
After Life (2009) [Anna Taylor]: Buried alive by Liam Neeson, after an elaborate ruse in which Liam convinces her that she's already dead and in the afterlife.
Teen Titans: The Judas Contract (2017; animated, video) [Tara Markov/Terra]: Crushed to death in a rock avalanche after she uses the last of her powers to hold up the collapsing lair long enough for Beast Boy (Brandon Soo Hoo) and the rest of the Teen Titians to escape the area, she later dies in his arms after he digs her out.

Wednesday: A Murder of Woes (2022) [Marilyn Thornhill/Laurel Gates]: Either has her head bashed in from a kick by Jenna Ortega, or is poisoned by the swarm of bees that Moosa Mostafa attacks her with shortly before that.
