Film Deaths
- Man-Thing (2005) [Dr. Ted Sallis/Man-Thing]: Dr. Sallis killed off-screen/unknown method. In one of the flashback scene, his bones resurrected as a swamp creature called "Man-Thing". Man-Thing died after explosion/burnt at the end of the film. (for the role as Man Thing, Stevens wore a prosthetic monster costume)
- The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) [Keeper of the Dungeons]: Dies off-screen when hit by a magical energy blast by Cate Blanchett before he could kill Ian McKellen. NOTE: In the extended cut his death happens on screen and we see him blown into a million pieces.
TV Deaths
- Spartacus: Sacramentum (2012) [Sedullus]: Has his face sliced off Liam McIntyre, which in turn causes his brain to fall out of his head.
