- Child's Play 3 (1991) [Colonel Cochrane]: Dies of a heart attack from fright (causing him to fall onto a glass covered table) in his office after Dakin sees Chucky (voiced by Brad Dourif) about to kill him with a knife (his body is later seen when the cadets discover him).
- The Swan Princess (1994, animated) [King William (voice)]: Attacked off-screen along with his guards by Rothbart (voiced by Jack Palance) in his animal form after Rothbart takes away Princess Odette (voiced by Michelle Nicastro). He dies shortly after talking to Prince Derek (voiced by Howard McGillan).
TV Deaths
- Murder, She Wrote: The Wind Around the Tower (1992) [Neal Gillen]: Suffocated (off-screen) when he turns on his lamp that causes nitrogen gas to leak in the air duct in his study after Shirley Anne Field hooked up the nitrogen canisters to the air duct. His body is shown afterwards when Angela Lansbury, George Hearn and Shirley enter the study.
- Murder, She Wrote: The Scent of Murder (1995) [Buford Hazlitt]: Smothered with a pillow by Tom Mason.
- Gotham: The Demon's Head (2017) [Niles Winthrop]: Neck snapped by Alexander Siddig
