Plot[]
A Royal Canadian Mountie is sent undercover in Harrison State Prison in California to investigate why inmates keep dying, uncovering evidence that a black market organ transplant ring might be in operation there. But he soon discovers he's been set up to die when his cover is blown and a serial killer who he captured is transferred to Harrison
