- Goodbye Charlie (1964) [Chalie Sorel/Virginia Mason]: Falls from a terrace. Her body is not shown but her death is implied and, following the narrative of resurrection, she comes back to life as a dog.
- What's the Matter with Helen? (1971) [Adelle Bruckner a.k.a. Adele Stuart]: Stabbed repeatedly by Shelley Winters as she is about to telephone Dennis Weaver; her body is shown again later, posed on the stage when Dennis discovers her.
- Charlotte's Web (1973; animated) [Charlotte A. Cavatica]: Voicing the titular spider, she dies of old age/natural causes at the end of her short lifespan, while talking to Wilbur (voiced by Henry Gibson)
- Zack and Reba (1998) [Beulah Blanton]: Falls down a staircase; she dies shortly afterwards while talking to her grandson (Sean Patrick Flanery) (Thanks to Neil)

- Behind to Candelabra (2013; TV) [Frances]: Dies (off-screen) of a unspecified illness; we learn of her death afterwards when Michael Douglas informs Matt Damon. (Thanks to Tommy)
- Will and Grace: Rosario’s Quinceanera (2017) [Bobbi Adler]: Although she doesn’t appear in this episode but it was revealed that she died (off-screen) of old age/natural causes when her daughter (Debra Messing) was telling Megan Mullally about her mother’s passing when she tried to comfort Megan due to her unable to cope with the death of Shelley Morrison. (This episode was made after Debbie’s real-life death in 2016; her last previous appearance in the series was in the episode The Definition of Marriage in 2006).
