Last Flight to Abuja (2012) [Adesola]: Blown up in a plane explosion. He presumbaly commited suicide due to he refused to escape from the plane.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009)
Daylight's End (2016) [Chris]: Killed and infected by the zombies (off-screen) when they overwhelm him; we only hear the attack when Louis Mandylor and Johnny Strong listen over the radio. His body is seen when Louis comes to retrieve the rope Hakeem carries, when Hakeem comes back to life and attacks and infects him, and dies again when Louis shoots him in the chest.

Halo: Reach (2010) [SPARTAN-II Jorge-052]: Dies when Hakeem manually detonates an improvised bomb after throwing Philip Anthony-Rodriguez/Amanda Philipson out of the Covenant cruiser they boarded to ensure their removal from the bomb’s blast radius.
