- CSI: Miami: Curse of the Coffin (2006) [Danielle Madison]: It's implied that she died in some accident due to a small coffin of Santeria under her chair on a beach in Bahamas after the episode ended.
- NCIS: Extreme Prejudice (2012) [Lorraine]: Killed in an explosion along with FBI agents after Richard Schiff leaves a bomb in their motel room.
