- The Twilight Zone: The Hitch-Hiker (1960) [Nan Adams]: Killed in a car accident, just before the story begins. She appears as a ghost throughout the entire episode, but it's not revealed that she's dead until the end of the episode, when she learns what really happened (when Eleanor Audley tells her) and realizes that the mysterious hitch-hiker (Leonard Strong) is the embodiment of Death.
