- Dark and Stormy Night (2009) [Jack Tugdon]: Decapitated (off-screen) by Brian Howe when the lights go out before Jim can reveal what he knows; his head is shown mounted on the wall like a trophy when the lights come back on moments later. (Played for comic effect.)
- Crimson Peak (2015) [Carter Cushing]: Head bashed repeatedly against a marble sink by Jessica Chastain. His body is seen again when his daughter (Mia Wasikowska) comes to identify it in the morgue.
TV Deaths[]
- Deadwood: The Catbird Seat (2006) [Whitney Ellsworth]: Shot in the head by a Pinkerton agent, on Gerald McRaney's orders. His body is shown again later on being brought into town on a wagon. (Thanks to Stephen)
- Harper's Island: Snap (2009) [Charlie Mills]: Hanged when Callum Keith Rennie drives away in Jim's truck, yanking Jim through the window by a rope-and-pulley system Callum had rigged up to Jim. (Thanks to Murderwriter and Alex)
- Supernatural: Swan Song (2010) [Bobby Singer]: Neck snapped by Jared Padalecki while possessed as Lucifer, he is later resurrected by Misha Collins.
- Supernatural: Death's Door (2011) [Bobby Singer]: Dies in his hospital bed from a gunshot wound to the head by James Patrick Stuart from the previous episode, while trying to talk to Jensen Ackles & Jared Padalecki he then smiles at them & writes idgits on a note while he flatlines, he would later appear as ghost thought the rest of the seasons.
- Dexter: The Dark Whatever (2012) [Clint McKay]: Stabbed in the chest by Michael C. Hall.
- Supernatural: I Think I'm Gonna Like It Here (2013) [Bobby Singer]: Impaled thought the chest with a blade by Jensen Ackles while talking to Jared Padalecki. He later appears as an alternate world version of Bobby in the episode All Along the Watchtower.
- Revolution: One Riot, One Ranger (2013) [John Franklin Fry]: Shot to death by David Lyons.
- Bones: The Monster in the Closet (2016) [George Gibbons]: Hangs himself (off-screen) in his prison cell.
- Shut Eye: Crimes and Punishments (2017) [Bob Caygeon]: Repeatedly bludgeoned over the head with a trophy by David Zayas at the end of a fight between him, David and Angus Sampson.
