Film Deaths[]

Sniper 3 (2004) [Paul Finnegan]: Accidentally shot in the head by one of his cohorts when Tom Berenger shoots said gunman (who is holding Byron Mann at gunpoint) in the hand, causing him to turn and fire, hitting John.
Fatwa (2006) [John Davidson]: Commits suicide by shooting himself in the head in his home, while Angus Macfadyen is playing pool. John is mostly hidden behind Angus, so we can only see the back of John's head as he places the gun to it and fires.
You Were Never Really Here (2017) [John McCleary]: Bleeds to death (off-screen) after his hands get physically removed, possibly from torture by henchmen. His body is discovered by Joaquin Phoenix.

Oz: Famous Last Words (2001) [Edward Galson]: Crushed to death by a falling elevator while he’s struggling with David Zayas (who pushes John under it).
Borgia: 1503 (2014) [Rodrigo Borgia]: Dies of illness, possibly poisoned. His body becomes incredibly bloated and is dumped into his tomb before proper mourning can commence.
Gotham: Queen Takes Knight (2017) [Carmine Falcone]: Machine gunned by gangsters.
The Boys: Butcher, Baker, Candlestick Maker (2020) [Jonah Vogelbaum]: Head explodes from Claudia Doumit's powers.

Mafia (2002) [Marcu Morello]: There are multiple methods of death. 1) John's plane is shot down by Michael Sorvino and Matt Servitto, causing it to crash and explode. 2) John's car is rammed off a bridge by Michael, causing it to fall a long ways and catch fire. 3) John is shot to death in his car by Michael, Matt, and William DeMeo.
Manhunt (2003) [Hoods]: Providing the voice of enemy NPCs, he is killed in various ways by Stephen Wilfong.
Fallout: New Vegas (2010) [Caesar]: If siding against Caesar's Legion then John is killed by Laura Bailey/Yuri Lowenthal and (optionally) Jason Marsden. John can also be killed if the player intentionally sabotages his surgery. Otherwise if siding with the Legion, then John survives the game.
