- One Missed Call (2008) [Brian Sousa]: Impaled by a metal rod sent flying by an explosion at a construction site (caused by Ariel Winter's ghost), as Shannyn Sossamon looks on in horror. (Thanks to Andrew and ND)
- Lovely Molly (2011) [Tim]: Stabbed in the head with a screwdriver (on top of being bludgeoned with a baseball bat and thrown down several flights of stairs) by the possessed Gretchen Lodge. (Thanks to ND)

- Sons of Anarchy: Na Triobloidi (2009) [Kip 'Half Sack' Epps]: Stabbed in the stomach/chest by Jamie McShane as Lewis is stopping him from stabbing Charlie Hunnam’s son. He dies as Maggie Siff struggles to save him.
