- Menace II Society (1993) [Karen Lawson]: Dies of a drug over-dose off-screen during the passage of time in the film. Her death is mentioned multiple times.
- Sugar Hill (Harlem) (1994) [Ella Skuggs]: Dies of a heroin overdose in her apartment, while her two sons look on helplessly.
TV Deaths[]
- NewsRadio: Space (1997) [Catherine Duke]: In a sci-fi depiction episode of the series. Khandi 'expires' in her 'hibernation' pod (along with most of the newsteam, sans Andy Dick and Phil Hartman) when Andy accidentally trips on the cord, unplugging the power from the system. (Played for comic effect)
- SEAL Team: All Along The Watchtower Part Two (2019) [U.S. Ambassador Nicole Marsden]: Mortally wounded from an explosion caused by the firing of an RPG. Khandi succumbs to her wounds off-screen, with the audience not knowing until Max Thieriot boards the commandeered bus his team is occupying.
