- Smallville: Visage (2002) [Tina Greer]: Playing the role of a changeling (who morphs into Eric Johnson, Allison Mack, John Schneider and Tom Welling), she gets impaled on a spike (in her Tom form) while trying to crush the real Tom with heavy machinery. She turns back into her normal form before dying.
