- Law Abiding Citizen (2009) [Bill Reynolds]: Suffocated (off-screen) when his oxygen tank runs out after Gerard Butler had buried Richard alive; his body is shown afterwards when Jamie Foxx and the police arrive and dig him up after Gerard's deadline had passed. (Thanks to Arben)
