- Hell's Highway(2002) [Jack]: After picking up a hitchhiker (Phoebe Dollar) she cuts off Ron's penis with a knife while masturbating him (off camera). She then jumps from the car as the frantic Ron loses control of the vehicle and runs into a set of gasoline pumps at a station. The pumps catch fire and explode incinerating the car and Ron as well.

- Scream XXX: A Porn Parody (2011) [Ron Jeremy]: Dies of a sudden heart attack after discovering three more dead bodies. (Played for comic effect.)
- Return to Return to Nuke 'Em High Aka Volume 2 (2017) [God]: Shot accidentally in the penis with a laser and explodes after complaining about his weed. Asta Paredes and Catherine Corcoran , who fired the laser, were trying to use it to shoot the Herzkauf Monster, Michael J. Epstein .
