- Secret Agent (Danger Man): Koroshi (1967) [Ako Nakamura]: Poisoned by a burst of poisoned gas that emerges from a booby-trapped flower. (This episode and the following episode Shinda Shima were edited together into a 1968 theatrical relase titled Koroshi.
